A Milestone for Bondix.

Install Bondix directly from the Teltonika Package Manager — no separate download, no manual upload, and a faster path to resilient connectivity.

With the release of RutOS 07.24, Bondix has reached a major milestone: Bondix is now available directly through the Teltonika RutOS Package Manager as the very first third-party application.

For Teltonika users, this means easier access to powerful WAN bonding technology directly within the familiar RutOS environment.

​

No separate installation process. No complicated deployment. Bondix can now be discovered and installed where Teltonika users already manage their router software and packages.

What does
“first third-party application” mean?

Bondix is the first independent third-party application to be listed directly in the new Third-Party section of the RutOS Package Manager.

​

Previously, independent software providers could only make their applications available directly through the Package Manager with difficulty. In many cases, their software had to be downloaded separately and then uploaded manually to the router.

 

While this was possible, the additional steps made installation less convenient and could leave users uncertain about whether they were installing the correct and trusted software package.

 

With RutOS 07.24, this changes.

 

Teltonika users can now open the Third-Party tab in the Package Manager, find Bondix and install it directly from within the familiar RutOS interface.

 

For customers, this means:

  • No separate download from an external website

  • No manual file upload

  • No re-installing after RutOS firmware updates - Bondix automatically updates to the correct version

  • A faster and simpler installation process

  • Clear access to the official Bondix package

  • Greater confidence when installing third-party software offered directly through the Teltonika Package Manager

 

For Bondix, this is a major milestone: we are the first independent third-party application to be listed directly in this way in the RutOS Package Manager.

 

It combines easier access, greater convenience and the confidence of installing a package offered directly within the Teltonika environment.

Turn multiple connections
into one resilient link

Bondix WAN Bonding combines multiple internet connections into one stable and resilient connection.

Depending on the router and deployment, this can include:

  • 4G and 5G

  • Ethernet and broadband connections

  • Starlink

  • Satellite

  • Wi-Fi uplinks

  • Other available WAN connections

Instead of relying on a single connection, Bondix distributes traffic across multiple links and provides seamless failover if one of them becomes unavailable.

This helps maintain active sessions and stable connectivity, even when individual networks are unstable or fail completely.

Built for real-world connectivity challenges

Bondix is designed for situations where a reliable internet connection is essential, but no single WAN connection can be trusted on its own.

A partnership that started with a small idea

Our journey with Teltonika Networks began in 2020.

​

Teltonika was the first hardware manufacturer we approached with the idea of bringing Bondix WAN Bonding to professional cellular routers.

 

What began as an initial conversation grew into a strong and trusted partnership.

 

Over the years, Teltonika Networks has given us the opportunity to present Bondix at Summits, webinars and community events, helping more customers and partners discover the benefits of WAN bonding.

 

Today, that journey has reached a new milestone: Bondix is the first application available within Teltonika’s new Third-Party Packages.
